Abstract
Congenital hydrocolpos presents rarely as cystic pelvic mass in neonates. Delay in diagnosis and management is associated with grave complications like sepsis and renal failure. The aim of this study is to emphasize on the importance of appropriate and prompt diagnosis of this condition.
