Abstract
The objective of this article is to study, first, the direct and indirect effects of institutional quality on the attraction of FDI and on economic growth during the period 2009-2018. Second, our empirical contribution is based on the use of simultaneous equation models. Third, we analyze the results found while showing to what extent FDI remains effective in slowing economic growth in an institutional context for our study sample, which was considered the Arab world.
