Abstract
This paper deals with the preparation status of the 4th industrial revolution of Western Balkans. Currently, many have been mentioning the 4th industrial revolution because it gives an impact on everywhere and everybody. So, top global enterprises and high-level universities have been establishing research centers and schools. Many governments and research centers in the world also make policies and strategies for the 4th industrial revolution to have an initiative for their economy and job creation by this technology. However, it is not easy alone for Western Balkans to prepare a strategy and implement it because too wide even they understand and want. And also, they do not have experience and infra. However, they strongly want to join the EU. As far as they want to join the EU, there will be a bigger market and have a chance for cooperation in everywhere. The main aim of this paper is to provide information and strategies needed to build a cooperation system.
