Abstract

Lord Prof. Prof. Prof. PhD PhD Momtchil Dobrev-Halachev developed the 2008 Theory of Generation of Crises, Theory and Practice of Mafiotism and 2001 Theory of the Mafia. Based on these two theories, this paper explodes the establishment of the mafiostism all over the world - principles, theory and practice in the European Union, the European Commission
